Founder/CEO
Born in the Philippines and immigrating to the U.S. at age 10, Cristina’s hospitality career spans every role, from kitchen intern to leadership roles Her journey includes work at Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City, launching multiple restaurants in the Philippines, and eventually returning to the U.S. to establish Ediphi. A Yale graduate, Cristina’s dedication extends to community service. She serves on the executive board of Thrive as vice chair for the Philippines, where she champions efforts to provide nutrient-dense meals to children facing food insecurity.
Vanessa Jopillo
Co-founder/COO
Vanessa is a seasoned hospitality professional who graduated from the University of Santo Tomas. Drawing upon her experience with renowned international hotel brands such as Microtel Inn & Suites, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, she brings a wealth of industry insight and exceptional guest service standards to her endeavors. As the owner of Planes and Places Travel Services, a DOT-accredited travel agency, Vanessa continues to deliver tailored travel solutions that reflect her commitment to quality and personalized care.
